Standard UK Shipping

Standard UK Shipping £3.50 (5-7 working days) and FREE over £40 

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail and sent 1st Class. 

Please allow for 5-7 working days for orders to be made, packed, dispatched and delivered. 


Tracked UK Shipping

1st Class Tracked UK shipping is from £6- £8.50 and is weight dependant.

When your order has been dispatched you will get an order confirmation with a tracking number

Christmas PRE ORDERS 

All pre- orders will be dispatched from October onwards. I shall be in touch nearer the time to let you know exactly when. 

 

International Shipping - United States only 


Tracked Shipping - £25 or FREE over £150 

Please allow for 5 working days for your orders to be made and packaged. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked Service. This has an estimated arrival of 5-7 working days once dispatched. 
We will do everything possible out end to ensure a smooth delivery of your order through customs, however please make sure to check your local customs before importing anything that may be stopped or have charges applied. HOOF & PAW is not liable for any custom charges due to your parcel being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs. 


Postal Packaging

 Great care is taken to package your products safely, beautifully and consciously to with eco-friendly materials or recycled materials. Sometimes you may see bubble wrap and if that happens I'll be re-using it from a supply order I may have received. 

Our packaging peanuts are eco- friendly, they are biodegradable and dissolve in water! Why not have fun dissolving these at home- it's very therapeutic !
