WHAT IS REIKI HEALING and DISTANCE REIKI 

Reiki is translated as "universal life energy. If flows through us all. However, sometimes, the flow of this energy can get stuck.

This can show up in us with feelings of heaviness, tiredness, anxious, lost, poor sleep, stress, amongst many other things. 

Reiki channels this universal life force energy to promote balance, relaxation, and healing. It helps to release any stuck energy so your physical body, your mind and your spirit can thrive and in turn your outside world thrive too.

Reiki energy does not work with man made concepts of time or space. Reiki sessions can be done with anyone in the world, without having to be directly with them. The power of a Reiki treatment is exactly the same in-person as it is distance. 

My intention through offering Reiki is to heal and empower. Our energy works in tandem with our physical body. Sometimes we need help with the energy side of things and that's where energy practitioners come in. Our energy is our foundation. With good foundations we can grow.  

HOW I WORK

Regardless of the distance, prior to all healing sessions, I ensure my space and your space is cleared and protected before any healing takes place.

I am a very visual person and often my feedback is quite detailed with the visions and messages. 

Any energetic healing and releasing during the session will always be what is needed for you in the moment. Prior to the session I’ll ask if there is anything in particular you want to focus on so I can work that into the healing.

I’ll work intuitively with your energy throughout the session to heal, balance and clear any blockages I might see. As I go I'll balance your chakra centres as well. Chakras are energetic points throughout your body, which help to keep you balanced and in flow. 

As well as working with my own spiritual team, I can also work with the angelic realm. They come through to help and assist with any energetic clearing. This energy is beautiful, soft and nurturing. 

All healing is with the intention for your highest good of all. Working with the universal life force energy of love and light. 

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SESSION 

• I'll message you prior to the session to ask if there is anything in particular you want to focus on. This allows me to set the intention on your healing. 
• 10 mins prior to your session: Get cosy and comfortable, have some water and your notebook to one side. 
• I'll message you just as I'm about to get started. 
• The healing will be roughly an hour. 
• After the healing I'll message you again to let you know I'll be finishing my notes before sending over the feedback. 
• I'll send the feedback via a watsapp voicenote. I find this the easiest way to explain what came through. 
• I'll also pull you some oracle cards to finish off and send those over as well.
