What is the Autumn Equinox and how can we celebrate it?

The Autumn Equinox lands on the 22nd September, it’s a time where there is an equal balance of light and dark. Traditionally a time to celebrate the harvest from the summer months. It’s a time to reflect on the year, express gratitude, celebrate your achievements of the past months and let go of anything that is not serving us. It’s also a time to start slowing down, light the fire and light the candles.

Whatever has happened so far this year, be proud of yourself and use this time to reflect, release and anchor in the energy you want to pull through for the rest of the year.

Is it abundance, is it freedom, is it love, courage, strength or something else?

Without taking time to reflect or acknowledge how far we’ve come, to let go and reset, we can get lost in the chaos of life. We need to take this time to fine tune, pull back our arrow and aim for what we want. We can’t pull that arrow if we are’t focused or if we weigh heavy.

I’ve created a Autumn Equinox meditation and 22 page workbook to help with all of this. Help with the reset and aim our arrows!

Click HERE to download. The meditation and workbook will be delivered straight into your inbox. The workbook contains, journal prompts, activation prayers, rituals, creative ritual (painting candlesticks) PLUS oracle card prompts and a collective oracle card reading as well.

If you’d like to join me for the live meditation of this on the 21st September, you”re welcome to join that too.

OTHER WAYS YOU CAN CELEBRATE THE EQUINOX

🕯Light a candle and follow this candle ritual HERE

🍁 Make an Autumn Equinox Alter. This could be a dedicated shelf, on the dining table. Anywhere you best feel. It’s a place for reflection and setting your intentions.
Items such as: candles, seasonal items, leaves, nuts, pinecones, autumnal colours, crystals such as Carnelian, Red Jasper, Moonstone, Unakite. Perhaps add in your intention and gratitude lists, your oracle cards. Shop HERE for crystas ;)

🍂 Go for a woodland walk, allowing the trees and the breeze to blow away energy you’d like to let go. As you walk, allow the earth beneath your feet to really connect. Grounding you, stabilising you and strengthening you as you walk.

However you decide to celebrate, have a wonderful Autumn Equinox,
