Simple 3 STEP CANDLE RITUAL

I wanted to share a simple but powerful candle ritual for you to use, allowing you to alchemise your emotions and any heaviness within your body.

  • Light your candle with your hand on your heart and repeat, I am loved, I am safe and I am ready to feel lighter and brighter. 

  • Gaze into the flame, allowing any heaviness to be transmuted into the light. Imagine energy heavy energy with you peeling away from your body, see it and feel it go into the light of the flame. Do this for as long as you need, sometimes I do this for 5 mins, sometimes even longer. You may feel emotions rise or experience a physical release such as crying. 

  • After you've done that, when you are ready. Gaze into the flame, take a deep breathe in. Focus on your breathing now, allowing it to regulate. With every breathe in, allow the light from the flame to fill you up. Feel the light and it's power wash over you, through you, filling up the void from which you’ve just released.

It's now complete. A simple candle ritual to do at any time. Great after a heavy day, week or even after a strained talk or stressful event.

Optional affirmations as you gaze into the flame:

✨ I am lighter, wiser, and ready for change

✨ I am proud of myself

✨ I am supported with love as I move through these changes

When you’re finished, you can keep the candle lit or blow it out and gives thanks.
