SPRING EQUINOX RETREAT DAY

Work with the energies of the Spring Equinox - The perfect time to plant your intentions for the year.

Through tarot and guidance with the incredible Natalie- We'll help you get clear on your intentions and look at any blocks that may be holding you back. We'll also work with the feminine energies of Spring allowing ourselves to get creative (painting our own plant pots ready for physically planting our intentions in the afternoon). Getting creative will anchor in the manifestation process for our intentions into the physical.

All with great company (A group of no more than 12 women), a nourishing lunch, cream teas and set within beautiful gardens in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

Our venue is the centre of Abingdon, Oxfordshire at beautiful Cosener House.

With a large room just for us and a private garden. Their beautiful gardens overlook the River Thames, where you can watch the narrowboats and paddle boarders go by.

Join myself, Madeleine and Natalie from Queen of Arcana in this Spring Equinox retreat day.

ABOUT YOUR HOST, MADELEINE

Madeleine (Hoof & Paw) - With a lifelong, unique talent for weaving together the creative and the spiritual, it is no surprise these two worlds met in the form of candles! For the last 8 years, Madeleine has truly perfected the art of creating beautiful, high-quality candles, that not only smell great, but hold specific energy, released when the candle is lit. Last year, Hoof & Paw Women’s Circles began, still integrating the creative and spiritual, but introducing a new layer, CONNECTION. Madeleine has a gift for creating safe, supportive spaces that foster authentic and honest connection, whether that be inside her Women’s Circles, on her Retreats or inside her private WhatsApp Community.

Natalie (Queen of Arcana) - Natalie came to tarot in an unusual way, or rather, should we say, the tarot came to Natalie. When she was handed a deck by someone she barely knew, it completely changed the course of her life. With 10 years experience, Natalie specialises in online tarot readings, using the cards to encourage self-reflection, empowering her clients to create real change in their own lives. She also works with other tarot readers as a mentor, helping them build their confidence, trust their intuition, and deepen their connection to the cards.

PAST HOOF & PAW RETREAT REVIEWS

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"Attending the Hoof and Paw retreat was more than I could have hoped for. Being my first retreat, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness going in, but from the moment I walked through the doors, I felt completely at ease. The setting was peaceful, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming—it instantly felt like a safe space to unwind and be myself. The meditation sessions were transformative. They led me to a level of calm and clarity I hadn’t experienced before, and I feel like I’ve discovered a new part of myself, maybe even a new calling. The food deserves a special mention. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and tasted amazing. Including the homemade cakes and unlimited hot drinks and water. This retreat has left me feeling recharged and grateful. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect and find peace, I can’t recommend Madeline enough. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“A True Sense of Belonging. What I’ll remember most about the Hoof and Paw retreat is the deep comfort and sense of belonging I felt. From the moment I arrived, everything—from the setting and the warm atmosphere to the people and experiences—made me feel like I was exactly where I was meant to be. It’s rare to find a place where you can truly unwind and feel understood, but Madeline created that kind of space for me. I left feeling refreshed, connected, and grateful. For anyone seeking peace, healing, and a real sense of community, this retreat is a gift.”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"That everything was so caringly and lovingly curated for us. Loved the open fire and our circle. Loved the meditation (would have liked a bit more). Lunch together around the table was special. The SPACE in our itinerary, lack of pressure (l learned the most from this. The luxury of quality time, less is more).“

What will you remember about the retreat?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"How different it was from any other retreat I’ve been on. The coziness, magic and support"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"A memory that stands out in my head is all of us sitting at the table in our witches hats. I felt like I was eating in the great hall at Hogwarts!"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"The whole experience was wonderful. Relaxing, inclusive and welcoming"

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"As a naturally introverted person, attending these types of events alone always brings a bit of anxiety with them. The way Maddy structured the day and also the pre-event communications and conversations made me feel like I was walking into a room with loads of friends."
