Last week someone asked for tips on meditating as they were struggling. Meditation comes in many forms and one of my favourites is this simple candle meditation, which I suggested. I thought I would share this with you all as well.
Hopefully you'll feel a lot lighter and brighter afterwards.

STEP 1. Light your favourite candle
STEP 2. Focus on the flame, watch it dance. This alone can feel very calming. Anything that is on your mind, any worries, concerns, anxieties send into the flame. Watch them burn away into the light.
STEP 3. Do step 2 for as long as you need. When you are ready blow out your candle with intent. You feel lighter and brighter, you can see a wash of pure white light stream through your body...just like the candle flame, igniting your soul and aura back to its former glory!
